At LiberNovo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your LiberNovo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
